Shooting the original Springfield rifle musket
Now this is one of my favourite topics: rifle muskets. Here I present you the short history of the Springfield rifle musket, but of course I am going to shoot this original beauty as well to 50, 100 and 200 meters. I think it is also useful if you are just in the process of developing your .58 cal Minié bullet load.

Merry Christmas !!
I am an enthusiast of shootings in ancient weapons. I possess Springfield on 1861 contract Colt artillery (two bands) original. What grinds with ball(bullet) do you use please ? Pedersoli? Lyman? Other?
Where’d you get the hat? I love it.
I bought it many years ago in Germany. But it is not that rare.
